Beginners Yoga Classes
Term 2 Beginners yoga courses are open for enrolment
Monday 6pm, Friday 9:15am
Our Beginners yoga course is designed for complete Beginners and those who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the foundations. Over the 9-10 weeks we will guide you through the moving principles of yoga allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of core postures, alignment, sun salutations and breath work. All within a safe and supportive environment. All mats and props are provided and included in class fees.
Align Yoga Classes
Term 2 Align yoga courses are open for enrolment
Tuesday 9:15am, Wednesday 5:45pm
For those who have already completed our beginners yoga course or already have an established practice. Our Align yoga class focuses on creating space and strength in specific parts of the body and connecting breath with movement. You’ll practice a range of breath work, static holds, sun salutations, balancing postures, core strengthening and relaxation to finish. All mats and props are provided and included in class fees.
Flow to Slow Classes
Term 2 Flow to Slow classes are open for enrolment
Wednesday 7pm, Thursday 10:30am
For those who seek a slower paced practice. Our Flow to Slow class is designed to warm you with a slow flow before we return to the floor to finish with longer holds and restorative practices. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, restored and revitalized. All mats and props are provided and included in class fees.
Private/Corporate Yoga Classes
For those who wish to delve deeper into their personal practice, rehabilitate from injury/post surgery or welcome Yoga into their work place. Click the button below to enquire.
